My Journey with ADHD

Hi, I'm Kayla! I'm a wife to Paul, mom to two boys, Carter and Dakota, and dog mom to our chocolate Lab, Mocha.

At age 35, I was diagnosed with ADHD in March 2026. My diagnosis helped me better understand many of the challenges I'd experienced throughout my life, especially while balancing work, motherhood, and everyday life.

I started this blog to share my experiences as a working mom with ADHD, along with practical tips, helpful strategies, and the things I've learned along the way.

My hope is to create a space where other moms with ADHD feel understood, supported, and less alone. Life doesn't have to be perfectly organized to be meaningful—and we're all figuring it out as we go!

I'm so glad you're here. ❤️
